The Receptionist will be responsible for providing internal staff and external visitors with superior customer service experience. The successful candidate will also possess the technical proficiency required to provide high quality administrative support in the areas of front and general office operation. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments.

Candidates must have minimum 2 years office experience, preferably in a professional environment, polished and corporate presentation, proficiency in MS Office applications, perfect English communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Diploma/University Degree a definite asset.
